1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
1 tsp prepared mustard
2 eggs well beaten
1 cup salad dressing
4 cups cooked cubed potatoes
2 hard cooked eggs
diced onions ( optional)
diced sweet pickles

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat, gradually beat into well beaten eggs. cook stirring constantly, until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes, beat in salad dressing, toss together remaining ingredients, pour on dressing, toss gently, adjust seasoning if necessary
