1/4 cup mayo.
1 TB. lemon juice
1-2 tsp. dill
1-2 garlic cloves
1/4 c. olive oil
cucumber, sliced
1-2 tsp. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except cucumber in blender. Spread on Melba rounds, or toasted Rye bread squares. Top with sliced cucumber and sprinkle will a little dill.

If you are a bit more health conscious, you can use vigannaise instead of the mayo.
