3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. canned pumpkin
1/4 c. cooking oil (can substitute applesauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs, add sugar, then oil; add dry ingredients with pumpkin. Pour into 9x9-inch greased baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan and frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting recipe.
