1 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
cinnamon sugar

Sift together flour, cream of tartar, soda, salt and set aside. Cream together Crisco, sugar, eggs, vanilla, slowly add dry ingredients.
Chill dough thoroughly and then roll into 1 inch balls.
Roll balls in cinnamon sugar and bake at 400 8-10 minutes.
