2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sliced pears
I always add chopped pecans or walnuts and craisins

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pan with Pam. Combine all ingredients, spoon into greased 10 inch bunt pan or tube pan.

Bake at 375 for 1 hour. If 2 small pans, cook about 30-35 minutes.

When I remove from oven, I go around edge of center ring and outside of pan. I have made so many of these cakes and everyone enjoys it, very moist!
