1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250. Beat egg white, gradually all brown sugar and vanilla to egg white. Fold in pecans and coat well. Drop by teaspoon 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes
