3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 c. coconut
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix first 5 ingredients. Add eggs and oil. Add remaining 5 ingredients. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
