2 1/2 oz pkg of deli slice ham
1 small onion - finely diced
1/2 c shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg - lightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Finely dice the ham and onion. Place in a bowl and stir in the egg, pepper and mustard. Stir well. Spray 2 mini muffin pans with Pam. Unroll the crescent rolls and press out seams to form into two rectangles. Cut each into 12 squares. Place each piece of dough into a muffin cup and press up the sides. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of ham mixture into each cup. Do not overfill. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

You could also use sausage or pepperoni in place of the ham, or try with your favorite cheese.
