5 large eggs, or 1 1/4 c. egg substitute
1/2 c. milk
3 c. hash brown potatoes, thawed and separated
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat together the eggs and milk. Stir in potatoes, green onions, salt, and pepper sauce. Stir in 1 cup cheese, and half the bacon. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until center is set. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon over the top and return to the oven until cheese is melted.
