Betty Crocker Yellow Cake Mix
16 oz flaked Coconut
8 1/2 oz can Cream of Coconut
15 1/2 oz can crushed pineapple
8 oz container of Cool Whip;

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º

Mix cake mix as directed and add 8 oz. coconut. Bake in 10 x 14 inch pan for 25 minutes.

Remove cake from oven and, using a meat fork, poke holes over entire cake. Pour cream of coconut over cake. Partially drain pineapple and pour over cake. Let cool.

Mix cool whip and 8 oz of coconut and spread over cooled cake.
