1 beaten egg 1/2 tsp salt 2 T. cream or canned milk 1 cup flour 1/4 tsp. vinegar
Combine egg, salt and milk. Add enough flour to make stiff dough. Roll and let stand 20 minutes. Roll dough into a tube and slice 1/8 inch thick. Dry for 2 hours. Drop in boiling liquid and cook 10 minutes.
