400g chickpeas, drained & rinsed
250g cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 carrot, peeled & finely diced
1 celery stick, finely sliced
1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley leaves
150g reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon Italian salad dressing
1 garlic clove crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Place the chickpeas, tomato, carrot, celery, parsley and feta in a large bowl.

Combine the dressing and garlic. Add to the salad. Toss until well combined. Serve immediately.
