3 cups flour 1 cup shortening 1 tsp salt 8 T. ice water with 1 tsp vinegar
Combine flour, shortening and salt until crumbly. Can refrigerate for several weeks. When ready to use, mix ice water and vinegar and add to shortening mixture. Should be "sticky" to the touch. Roll out on floured cloth.
