1 whole chicken (cut)
Water
2.5 cups soy sauce
1/2 cup vinager
2 tbsp mustard (brown or yellow)
1/2 onion diced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken and place in boiling pot. Put in soy sauce, vinager, mustard and onions. Once these ingreants are in then fill water almost to the top of the chicken. Bring to Boil, reduce to medium heat and cover for about 40 minutes.
