20 squares graham crackers
1/2 c sugar - divided
1/4 c softened margarine
1 c chilled Milnot© evaporated milk
1 c crushed pineapple
3 oz box lime jell-o
2 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs, then combine with 1/4 c sugar, and 1/4 c softened margarine. Mix well and press into the bottom of a 9" pie pan. Bake 8 minutes at 375º then cool.
In a small sauce pan bring pineapple to a boil. Stir in the jello and 1/4 c sugar. Stir until dissolved. Cool until syrupy. Add lemon juice to Milnot© and beat until stiff. Add the pineapple mixture and mix well at low speed. Spoon into the pie shell and chill 2 hours or until ready to serve.
