2 1/2 C uncooked penne or medium tube pasta
6 to 8 T butter or margarine
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
1 C frozen peas & carrots - thawed
3 C cubed, cooked chicken or leftover turkey

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in large skillet, melt butter & sir in dressing mix, stirring until smooth. Add peas & carrots & cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add poultry, drained pasta & cook until heated through.

NOTE: This is good served hot or served cold as a salad.
