Crock Pot Swiss Steak Recipe

Top Round Steak, cut in half
1 T flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 med onion, cut in slices
1/3 C celery
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 small can diced tomatoes (if desired)

Mix flour, salt & pepper.
Flour both sides of steak and place in the bottom of 3 qt crock pot that has been lightly coated with Pam.

Add chopped celery, onion slices.
Cover with tomato sauce & diced tomatoes
Cook for 8 hours. & serve over noodles or with potatoes.
