1 9-inch pie crust, baked and cooled
2-3 large tomatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. chives
3 green onions, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place tomatoes in pie crust and sprinkle with salt, pepper, herbs, and onions. Combine mayonnaise and cheese. Spread over tomatoes.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
