Ingredients:  
1 can shoepeg white corn
1 can green peas
1 can french-cut green beans
1 cup green pepper (diced)
1 cup celery (diced)
1/2 cup purple onion (diced)
1 small jar pimento (diced)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain white corn, green peas, and french-cut green beans. Place in large bowl. Dice green pepper, celery and purple onion. Drain pimento. Add to vegetables. Blend vegetable oil, white vinegar and sugar together. Pour over vegetables. Salt and Pepper to taste.
