11/2 lbs small new red potatoes
4 large cloves of garlic
4 T olive oil
1/2 t salt
4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
1 T white wine vinegar
2 or more t Dijon style mustard
1/4 t pepper
2 green onions, thinly
sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Make tray of double thickness alum foil, folding up sides.
Oil generously. Cut potatoes about 11/2 in. and combine with garlic, 1 T oil ,onions & salt. Add rosemary and spread in single layer . Grill potatoes approximate. 30 min, turning until tender and brown. Whisk vinegar, mustard,& salt & pepper in bowl
Add 3 T oil, squeeze garlic cloves from skin & mash into dressing. Add to potatoes and serve warm. May substitute 6 Peppers.green, red, and yellow,quartered lengthwise.
