1 box butter cake mix
1 stick or margarine or butter
1 egg
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts - optional)


Topping:
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
8 oz cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first batch of ingredients by hand. Press into well greased 9 X 13 pan. Mix all topping ingredients and spread onto top. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Cool completely and cut into squares. Yum!
