8 medium red potatoes
4 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c low-fat mayonnaise
1 T white vinegar
1 tsp grainy mustard
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 T Italian salad dressing
Paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste

Boil potatoes and peel. Cube and set aside in bowl.
In a small bowl, shell hard boiled eggs and cut in half. Mash egg yolks and combine with vinegar, grainy mustard, celery seed, garlic salt and cayenne pepper. Slice whites of eggs and add to bowl of potatoes. Combine potatoes and contents of small bowl. Sprinkle with Italian salad dressing; toss. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with paprika for "pretty" effect.
