1 lb. ground beef
1 can white shoepeg corn-do not drain
1 can red kidney beans-do not drain
1 can ranch style beans-do not drain
1 can pinto beans-do not drain
1 pkt. Ranch dressing mix
1 pkt. taco seasoning mix
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 medium chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion until beef is done and onion is tender. Drain well. Add seasoning packets and heat through. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for one hour. Soup will appear thick to begin with but as it cooks it will become more liquid.

Serve with cheese, sour cream and corn chips.
