1-1/2 c. flour 2 T. powdered sugar 1/2 c. softened butter or margarine Mix together using a fork. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Cool. While cooling mix together: 2 eggs (beaten) 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. vinegar 1-1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter or margarine Add: 1 c. coconut 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. raisins
Spread over crust. Bake 30-40 minutes at 325º or until bubbly and a little crusty around edges.
