3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2-1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Combine eggs, raisins and vanilla; let stand for 1 hour in bowl covered with plastic wrap. Cream together butter and sugars. Add flour, salt, soda and cinnamon; mix well. Blend in egg and raisin mixture, oatmeal, coconut and chopped nuts. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
