1 box seasoned croutons
2 – 3 cups grated cheese – swiss or cheddar
1 lb. Cooked ham, bacon or sausage
1/2 minced onion, mushroom and peppers
8 eggs
1 pint 1/2 and 1/2½
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In greased 9x13 pan, layer the following: croutons, cheese, meat of choice, onion, mushroom and peppers. Beat together, eggs, 1/2 and 1/2, milk and mustard. Beat together and pour over croutons, cheese and meat. Cover with foil until ready to bake. Bake 350 for 40+ minutes until set. (Can be made the night before)
