8 manicotti shells, cooked
1 can creamy chicken-mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. cooked chicken breasts, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 sm. jar or can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tbls. melted butter
1/4 c. hot water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup and sour cream. Combine 1/2 soup mixture with chicken. Stuff shells with soup and chicken mixture and place in a greased 8x12 baking dish. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter and set aside. Mix water and bouillon and add to reserved soup mixture. Stir soup mixture into mushrooms and spoon over manicotti shells. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 10 minutes.
