1 lb. pkg. spaghetti noodles, broken in half
1/4 c. vegetable or olive oil
2 cucumbers, seeded and chopped
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 can sliced black olives
1 c. fresh broccoli, cut into small floweretts
1 garlic clove, minced
1 c. italian salad dressing, more if you like
1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp. salt

Bring 6 c. water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add salt, oil, and spaghetti noodles. Cook until tender and drain well. Add olives. Chop all vegetables and add to noodles. Season with pepper and add salad dressing. Refrigerate for at least 2 hrs before serving.
