4 cups chicken (boiled and cut-up)
2 cups celery (minced)
2 cups red grapes (sliced in half)
1/2 cup sliced almonds (toasted)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 T lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Directions:

Cook chicken and cut in small chunky pieces. Add all ingredients and mix. Chill. Serve.

Made this chicken salad so often while catering. We usually served it in bite-size pastry cups as an appetizer. Served on a croissant for lunch as well. Fabulous!
