5 eggs beaten 12 oz. hashbrowns (thawed) 1 c. Monterrey jack cheese 1 medium onion chopped 1/2 c. cream style cottage cheese 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 6 slices bacon crumpled (I used ham and cubed) Dash hot sauce
Combine ingredients. Stir well. Pour into lightly greased 9" pie plate. Sprinkle with paprika.
