1 lb. cheddar cheese
1 lb. Monterrey jack cheese
7 oz. can chopped, drained green chiles
4 eggs
1 pint sour cream
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 pan. Layer cheddar cheese, Monterrey jack cheese and green chiles. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, sour cream and salt & pepper to taste. Pour over cheese mixture.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
