1 1/2 lbs. boneless, chicken breast (about 4)
1 lb. sliced bacon
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
2 T. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Cut each bacon slice into thirds. Wrap each chicken cube with bacon and secure with a wooden toothpick. Stir together brown sugar and chili powder. Dredge wrapped chicken in mixture. Coat baking rack and broiler pan with nonstick spray. Place chicken wrap on rack in broiler pan.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bacon is crispy.

I also use shrimp sometimes instead of chicken.
