Finely chop oranges and lemon. Reserve seeds and pith. Place in a separate bowl with a little of the water. Soak the fruit overnight. Strain the water off the seeds and all to the fruit. Boil until tender (approx 1/2 hour) then stand for 1/2 hr. Add sugar and boil until it jells. Stand for 5 mins then pour into sterilized warm jars and seal.
