2 - 9-in. graham cracker pie crusts
1/2 c. all-purpose flour OR 3 T. cornstarch
1 - No. 2 can crushed pineapple
1 - 3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
4 bananas, sliced crosswise
1 c. pecans
Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and pineapple in a 1-qt. saucepan. Cook until thick. Remove from burner and add Jell-O powder. Stir until dissolved. Add strawberries and 2 sliced bananas. Stir and add nuts. Stir again. Line the pie crusts with the other 2 sliced bananas. Pour mixture into crusts. Refrigerate. Add whipped cream to pie before serving.
