cookie mix
5 1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup cold butter
will store in fridge upto 1 month

2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Measure 1st 5 ingredients into large bowl, stir well with fork, work in brown sugar with hands. Cut butter in flour mixture until it resembles small peas. Store in fridge up to one month.

Heat oven to 350F, lightly grease cookie sheet. In medium size bowl blend peanut butter with egg. Stir in milk & vanilla. Stir in cookie mixture. Roll dough into small balls, place on prepared cookie sheet. Space 1/2" apart . With lightly floured fork, flatten lightly. Bake in centre until bottom edges of cookie are light golden, approx 10 minutes.
