Directions:
Directions:
Put Peppers on grill, under broiler or directly over burner.

When completely charred, place in brown paper bag and close

After about 15 minutes, remove Pepper, peel off black skin, cut of tops, remove seeds and cut into strips.

Use with Beef Fajita Burrito (see recipe in "Beef and Pork Section) or as side dish for any BBQ or Italian meal.
