Ingredients:  
6 sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and chunked
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare sweet potatoes. (either by boiling in water or baking) In large sauce pan, melt the butter. Add brown sugar & syrup; cook until bubbly. Add sweet potatoes to the pan & warm sweet potatoes through. Transfer to baking dish. Cover with marshmallows. Bake in 350º oven until marshmallows turn slightly golden brown & puff up.
