Very easy and a real Thanksgiving hit.

1/2 Med. sweet potato for each serving

1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup brown sugar
2 TBL Karo syrup
2 TBL Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cleaned sweet potatoes in 350 oven about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until fork tender in the middle.

Cut potato in half, long way.

Melt butter, add next 3 ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Spoon nut mixture on potatoes and bake again until heated through. Can be made several hours ahead and re heated just before serving. Add more Karo and or butter if it is to thick or hard.
