2 cans white hominy, drained
2 cans yellow hominy, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 sm. jar cheese whiz
2 cans tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. fritos

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large saucepan, except for the fritos and cheddar cheese. Heat until cheese whiz melts, and everything is well mixed. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top with Fritos and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until casserole is bubbly, and Fritos are light brown.
