1 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 med. onion (purple looks pretty)
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onions into small chunks. Mix all ingredients together and put into blender and blend until mixture is smooth and creamy. You may pour over salad & let sit or use as regular salad dressing
