2/3 cup of Williams Sonoma Margarita Mix (or some other very high quality mix)
1 can of Eagle Brand condensed milk 3 egg yolks 1 graham cracker pie shell
Add the margarita mix, condensed milk and egg yolks to a bowl and wisk to combine. Pour into graham cracker pie shell and bake in pre-heated over at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes till done. Cool for one hour and refrigerate. Slice and garnish with whip cream before serving.
