4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
Olive Oil
Soy Sauce
Teriyaki Sauce
Chopped Garlic( I use it out of jar)
1 Green Pepper sliced
1 Red Pepper sliced
1 large yellow onion sliced
1 package of flour tortillas
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream

Directions:
Marinate the chicken breasts in fairly equal parts of olive oil, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce and a 2 teaspoons of chopped garlic in a ziploc bag in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Heat grill and cook chicken till done. While chicken is cooking place one tablespoon(enough to cover pan) of olive oil, several healthy shakes of soy and teriyaki sauce and a teaspoon of garlic in large skillet. Add sliced peppers and onion and cook over medium heat till onions are soft. You may add more oil, teriyaki and/or soy sauce if needed.

Slice the cooked chicken and add to warmed tortillas. Add to each tortilla sliced peppers and onions, cheddar cheese and sour cream to taste. Roll and enjoy!
