1 quart rice milk
6 oz dark chocolate, coarsely chopped (or if in a hurry, dark choc chips)
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
1/8 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. coarse salt

In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients and whisk over medium-low heat until the chocolate has melted completely and the mixture is steaming hot, about 5 min. Serve

This is a really yummy treat - with lots of antioxidants! It is also pretty spicy, so adjust the spices to your taste!
