2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
5 oz. evaporated milk
2 c. oats
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 -3 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. onion, chopped

For sauce:
2 c. ketchup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. onion, chopped

Directions:
Mix all meatball ingredients together; shape into small 1 inch diameter balls. Place in baking pan, in single layer. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350º F. for 1 hour.
