1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 c bread or cracker crumbs
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp pepper
15 oz tomato sauce - divided
1 small onion - chopped or 2 tsp dried onion flakes
SAUCE:
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp vinegar
1/2 c sugar
2 tsp yellow mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, crumbs, garlic salt, pepper, onions and half the tomato sauce. Mix well and place into a loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes. In a sauce pan mix the brown sugar, vinegar, sugar, mustard and the remaining tomato sauce.
Bring to a boil. Set aside. When meatloaf is finished baking, slice into 1" slices. Pour sauce over the slices and return to oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
