2 c sugar 16 large marshmallows 2/3 c evaporated milk (such as Milnot) 1 tsp vanilla 10 cherry flavored chips 12 oz chocolate chips 2/3 c peanut butter 1 lb salted peanuts - chopped fine
Butter a 9 x 13 pan and set aside. In a heavy sauce pan combine the sugar, marshmallows, and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and the cherry chips. Stir until well mixed. Pour into the 9 x 13 pan. Melt chocolate chips with peanut butter. Stir in the peanuts, 1 cup at a time. Mix well. Pat chocolate mixture over cherry mixture. Let sit for 1 hour before cutting into pieces.
