2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes 1/4 c margarine 1/2 c chopped onion 1 1/2 c shredded cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c milk 1 cup sour cream 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Preheat oven to 325º. Saute onions in margarine until clear. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Spoon into the prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 325º. Top with additional shredded cheese, if desired.
