1 lb hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 small green pepper, chopped
3 small cans tomato paste
6 cans water
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
several crumbs basil
1 small can of mushrooms
8 oz noodles, cooked
Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion, and green pepper. Drain and season with salt and pepper.
In another pan, combine tomato paste, water, and seasonings. Simmer for 15 min. then add mushrooms and meat and simmer 10 more minutes.
Combine cooked noodles and sauce. Spread in a casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese browns slightly, approx. 25 minutes.
