CRUST:
1 1/2 C. Potato Flakes
8 oz. Sour Cream
2/3 C. Water

FILLING:
2 lbs Ground Beef
2 pkts Taco Seasoning
1 1/2 C. Water
8 oz. pkg Shredded Cheddar Cheese

TOPPING:
1 C. Shredded Lettuce
1 C. Diced Tomato
1/2 C. Sliced Black Olives
2 C. Slightly Crushed Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients together and press into a 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cook ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer while crust is baking.
When crust is done, top with meat. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven until cheese is melted.
Top with toppings just before serving.
