1 lb hamburger
1/2 lb hot Italian sausage
2 loaves frozen bread
1 med. onion
16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
16 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 small container dry cottage cheese
1 small container Ricotta cheese

Let bread dough thaw and rise. Roll out into oval shape 1/2 inch thick. Brown meats and onion, drain and let cool. Spread meat on half (one side) of dough. Alternate cheese on top of meat, leaving Ricotta and cottage cheeses for last. Fold dough over meat and cheese mixture and pinch edges. Bake at 350º until golden brown. Serve with Italian sauce on top.
